2011 - A New Start

I hope everyone is settling into the year 2011 as well as i am.

Everyday, every hour, every minute, every second i am thinking about art. I'm in love with my new pieces but soon need to move on to the next just to see what else i can come up with. If i'm not painting, i'm listing and if i find its not an appropriate time to paint then mind wanders as to what i can do next and what i can name my last piece. To say it another way, i'm LOVING it!!!!!!

My sisters got a lot to answer for!!!!!

A few weeks ago she introduced me to Blythe Dolls. Since then my life has not been the same. I am living, eating and breathing Blythes - and now i am painting them (well, she is still a fairy).

They are a lovely subject matter to paint and the customised Blythes are all so unique which gives me never ending possibilities.

My mission now is to carry on painting a few more Blythe dolls and see if theres any interest fior them. If not - heh, i might carry on anyway!! Its so much fun.
